I love music.
I don't watch much TV. When I learn of some TV show that sounds interesting, I wait for it to come out on DVD so I can watch it without commercials. Sure, that puts me way behind culturally, but I've always preferred the 18th century anyway.

Re: Commercials... I got rid of my TV about 10 years ago
And a lot of the reason for doing so was commercials. They are horrid and I do not think the average person realizes just how much they are affected. I love music and satellite is right!

Commercials
The best thing ever invented was satellite radio. I know it's hard to think about paying for radio, but once you listen to songs unedited, create favorites lists that notify you anytime your favorite band or song is playing, and never hear a commercial again, you will understand how worth it, satellite radio really is. You will also begin to see how your head begins to have more room for memories outside commercial slogans and 800#'s.
