They always use that line. Think of them as "scamhandlers" after all, if she is out of gas, what the hell is she doing driving around? Fortunately, our parking lots aren't that big and panhandlers are few and far between, mostly sticking to "downtown" with their pitiful cardboard "will work for food" signs.

I can't deal with it either! There was a woman in my town who was rather successful at panhandling until she was closed down. It is not always out of poverty! sam

mysteria, Once, in South Des MOines, I was panhandled in a Walmart parking
lot. I've never gone back there. That would never happen in any other part of town. It really irks me too. GAW!!
