EXACTLY Shelly! I tend to be pretty obnoxious about having others tell me what I "should" do or how to do what I am doing. I have a producer who is highly qualified and even he doesn't do that. He will offer suggestions but he always asks first and he never ever goes into critical mode.

That's what I like about having a classroom to myself..
it's MY room. I can do what I want without anyone interfering. Also, I'm not with my co-workers every minute of the day.
