Brilliant wording, you really captured the emotion with that last paragraph. It's true, no matter how good things seem to be going, one minor ding and we can loose all sanity.

yes we do Afzal....I feel both with extreme intensity. I am learning to deal with it since it doesn't seem that the doctors have much in remedy for me
