majroj, I wanted to answer you, but when I moved my hand up to click, it was swollen and frozen. Much too much time online lately.

merkie, thank you for reading about my complaints. I hope to not have to move, too. I hope that the landlord either decides not to sell in this bad economy or that the new owners will net me stay and not double my rent.
