When people look at a house, they often make a gut decision. If they feel as if they are standing in their own living room, they may take action to ensure that it actually becomes their future living room. Sometimes they will buy houses that are unfinished, that still have construction dust, or that have visible imperfections. Houses speak to people on the level of art -- there's no accounting for taste!
