azur, I clear out everything constantly, but as I work with images, and .png files are huge, I never have any room.
I have saved my image files online at free image storage places, but those are often unreliable. I will add the RAM to get back speed of function, but will have to buy an external hard drive to save all images on as there is no other safer solution.
I tried with cds, but while they hold many jpgs, they hold few pngs.
What I need is a new computer with a 200 gig capacity. Like a business IBM or something. heeheeheeheehee, one the size of a refrigerator.

Would it be possible to get an external hard drive and
store big stuff on that? The other thing to do is regularly 'clear cache' of your browser and delete downloaded things that you have looked at and will not need again
