Re: to sam444
Hi, Sam, thanks for your words - death is real whether we like it or not and, I believe it's vital to have a good relationship with ourselves to accept death as something more than fear and horror etc. -  - genio

Re: So true ! - to afzal50
Thanks for comment - maybe it's possible to unveil the fear of death and, at least, as a beginning, make it natural ? -  - genio

Re: to yellowrose55
Thanks for comment - fear is a powerful and tragic force ... fear of death can shadow the value of life -  - genio

Re: I remember, when my father died... - to Sunnybeach7

Thanks for you words - you're touching many strings of thoughtful depths in your sensitive comment - and thanks for sharing your memory of the loss of your father.

The contrast between life and death may look as from black to white but ... may also merge together as a whole when the consciousness acknowledge it - and questions and answers may be left behind in peace when new insight appears.

As a non-religious person, but with spirituality as cornerstones, I understand your relief by finding values beyond religious frames and, in fact, your words that life and death are less stressful without rigid framework, I surely agree in.

My experience that way is ... to let God/Devil/Heaven/Hell go, is to let fear of punishment disappear ... and then ... it's great to learn the art of relaxation - and I look at it as being realistic -  - genio

I remember, when my father died...
walking outside the funeral home, and seeing all the "life" that was going on.
I wondered how it was possible that some could be grieving so badly, while others were so happy.

It was like seeing a really distorted view of the world.
Of course, this was back when I believed in a Christian type God...and in heaven, hell, and death.

Life...and death... are so much less stressful since I gave that up.
