Continuous improvement...
I've always thought that if you can make a little improvement every single day, you'll ultimately be able to achieve anything - and I've learnt to enjoy those small steps along the way. In fact, in a strange way, it must be almost anticlimactic to reach your destination and wake up the next day thinking, "what now?"
