Anger is a wonderful human emotion, that spurs us on to greater things. The emotion is not bad - how we choose to experess the anger is. Whenever you are angry, put your palms on your solax plexus (six inches above your navel) - which is the location of the chakra associatedf with your emotions - and on your stomach and ask yourself - what is making you so angry? Engage with the anger and talk to it. Then, if you need to speak, do. Otherwise, take 10 deep breaths and then speak. You can also start making a ist fo all the things that make you angry - and engage with that as well. This will help you I think.
