That's 'awesome' Pat. Now I can tell people it is the 'force' that's stopping our house from subsiding and not duct tape and joiners glue. May the force be with us for at least as long as the mortgage.

HAHA, Pat_B. Have you ever been tied up with duct tape? Neither have I and I don't want to be. The "dark side" was used on a preacher I know because some druggie thought there might be "offerings" still in the building on a Monday morning. Feet together, hands behind the back so tightly that he didn't get rid of the numbness for weeks, mouth covered in such a way that his neatly trimmed beard and mustache came off with it when it was removed. He was never quite the same again and left that church post haste.
