Chickens crossing roads.
I suspect that chickens are quite adept at road crossing, you hardly ever see a flat chicken laying in the road. Maybe she was just acting as a crossing guard for all the dumb raccoons and possums. They aren't very good at listening to good advice, obviously. I would think that by the number of dead raccoons and possums cluttering our highways, they would be extinct by now. Chickens and cockroaches will inherit the WORLD, when we are gone! After all the eggs and chicken dinners we humans eat, there is no shortage of them. And forget about trying to get people to eat the kind of roaches that scamper away when the lights go on, as if that might help. When humans are all gone, I bet that chickens will start pecking on Mt. Rushmore to make the faces look more fowl-like. Revisionist history just like the Soviets!
