I love the way you told this! But he was just a nice guy who used God as an excuse to do a good deed! And if he had showered and shaved that morning, he would probably not have been there at that moment...

We should realise that the hand of G-d is never far from us
We need to just reach out and place our fate in the hands of Hasem through prayers. An easy fast.

This has the makings of an inpirational story my friend!
when all is said and done and even taking out the religious stance, it's a shame more of us don't bother to take a few minutes to help a fellow human being for no other reason than that we can......... Thanks for sharing this and have a great weekend
