Thanks for your words - to be on the 'stage of life' isn't so easy for everyone but, the faster one learns the better; on our own feet!

Ever-returning values is relaxation and patience, the the answers will come by themselves - but it's not in our time and therefore hard tro learn -  - genio

Hear hear!!!  This poem spoke to me on many levels because I have friends who always come to me with their insecurities, and I always tell them, "Don't ask me, ask yourself that question."  What does it really matter how I see them, when they cannot even accept themselves sometimes?  It is a tragedy at times.

I believe that to be conscious is important for myself, because of my own development, but - also because of others, and it may be good to know where to stand - and introspection is a significant part of the 'play' - thanks, Sam -  - genio

Thanks for comment - we have power inside that can be used it we're aware of it - our own strength is sometimes all we have, and why not make it stronger? -by focusing it -  - genio
