TAPS. ...I try to do this at least a couple times a day..usually I end up
on the floor at work for one reason or another...

.., but just quietly sitting is completely different..

..good for the lower back and hips..(I can just picture your cat checking you out to make sure you're ok..

..)

Do you remember laying down on the floor and looking up at a fan on the ceiling? Or a spider web in a corner? I re-discovered those after having my son: we would stretch on the floor close to each other and look up. The things we saw up there! Thank you for reminding me once more how I missed that floor. Tschüs.

Hmmm, I never thought of this... but it makes sense. I'm trying to think
of another ecxersise that involves these type of movements... "
continually encourages one to
stretch and move muscles one doesn't pay any attention to when
ensconced in total comfort in a chair, and to enjoy different positions
one does not usually assume in a recliner."
thinking, thinking ....

Hi, Justi. Thank you. It seems that the older I get, the more I need to be reminded to not give in to creature comforts and decline.

This is you best yet! It is so necessary. I gave in to my pain and allowed fluffy comfort to disable me almost. Thank You so much for this post.
