cheugon, thank you so much. Your comment means a lot to me!

You know what's funny?  I've never read a Victorian Novel in my life!  I've seen movies set in that era.  Also, my mom was a big fan of Victorian novels when I was younger. So, maybe I learned a little something?  Like I said, I had fun with it.  So, I think I'll have a little more fun and continue with the story.

Glad you enjoyed it!

Older?.... and rich?
Hmmm??
This is obviously far reaching fiction. lol
Especially since no woman who's had a taste of the Hilton Dynasty would ever feel the need to get her kicks elsewhere. lmao
I noticed your comment on Vicki's post this morning, Shelly, about our addressing each other as Mr. and Ms., reminding you of a Victorian novel.
Delightfully, I see you decided to run with it.
And your story has all the elements of Victorian Drama....secrets, marital infidelity, forbidden desire, arrogance of social status, and murder, with a little horror in the form of a British librarian.
Oh yeah...and something about a tyrant. Tyranny is always good for Victorian Drama!
I really enjoyed this, Shelly....please continue, but on one condition....I get the girl in the end!
Otherwise, I'll get the British librarian to censure you...and they can be rather harsh!
I loved it....thanks you silly Mother Goose!

Re: Moon, LOL, there's always a critic...
...i know shelly_b  ...i know you don't think of me like that....you were just painting me in a light far more favorable than the reality!

Moon, LOL, there's always a critic...
remember this IS fiction.  I don't think of you like that in real life.
