Re: I wish

LOL Kaboom--she has a look that only a mother could love.

And yes, she still has whiskers! They only shaved up to her neck, so all her facial hair is in place.

Re: Sira

LOL Naut!

1) I have a set of those clippers. My cat will not let me anywhere near her with them. Not sure why--perhaps I have a menacing look on my face when holding them.

2) I have a dishwasher. But someone has to first rinse the dishes, and then stack them into the machine. I do not enjoy either task. Also, someone must be there to take the clean dishes out and put them into the cupboards. Again, not something I want to do.

3) I told Mark to buy me a robo-vacuum. He refused, with the explanation that it is the "height of laziness", and until I have a broken limb, there's no reason I can't use a proper vacuum. I disagree, and will likely buy one for myself, without his knowledge. Hopefully he will not notice the small thing buzzing about the house.

And finally--I don't get along with my neighbors, so I highly doubt any of them would pay me for services of any type. They may, however, pay me to stay away from them.

Re:

Yes, Nite, I really do hate that!

The cat is actually quite enjoying being bald, as it's much cooler, and involves a lot less grooming on her part. I guess those 2 things make up for the fact that she looks like a freak...

Gosh vickip, I hope the Dr. P didn't get all over the computer! I know from personal experience that sticky soda and keyboards don't mix!

Re: Hi Sira

LOL Smitten!

The picture scared me a bit, but your story was hilarious!

Thanks for reading, and for sharing your tale

Re: Nice "day in the life" feature, Sira.

LOL--I think they're all saved here, mainly because I haven't worked out a way to get rid of them...I might be a child of technology, but there are still things that I find baffling!

I wish
I could see your kitty bald, I bet she is adorable!  Does she still have whiskers?

Sira

Okay, to get your life in order and also make lots of extra money here's a list of things you need:

1) Electric Hair Clippers - the money you save in Groomer's charges pays for them, and you can also use them for doing the neighborhood cats, for a fee, and make extra money!

2) A Dishwasher. Neighbours who haven't got one may want to book it for doing their dishes, giving you even more additional income!

3) A Self-propelled, Robotic Vacuum Cleaner. Can also be rented out to neigbours for yet more extra income!

You're welcome...

hahahahhaa, you are too funny!!!!!!!  I get distracted a lot too.  Don't you hate it when you think you've finished and you find it half finished?  LOL, where are those little elves when you need them??    Excellent post, and I hope your cat's not too embarrassed!!

scared the crap out of me.  The following made me spit my Dr. P .. LOL

I was expecting to pay something like $20 for the shaving. After all, the groomer did make my cat look like an idiot. The total bill: $55. I almost choked--that's more than I spend on my own hair cuts, and I've never left the salon looking as bad as my poor cat!

Hi Sira

What images you do stir - I made the mistake of 'thinking' I could wash a cat by easily grabbing the furry lil wonder and taking it with me into a shower stall, my  soft flesh so easily within... well as you can imagine the lil blogger turned into a small helicopter with me holding the rails - swoosh swoosh - went the hind claws again and again... with mounting dissed ease and released the dervish and it promptly jumped up and over the stall top and dashed into it's very dirty pit of sand.  LOL thanks for the memory dear one - thank you
