I think that you have the idea. As long as you aren't using too much soy sauce. The biggest problem is the other soy products that have a high content of soy. Before I researched soy, I was using it quite a bit and I just couldn't figure out why I was always slightly anemic. After removing it from my diet, I don't have that problem any more. Even when I don't eat meat, I am never anemic any more. It was a real eye opener for me. Thank you for your comment and your interest in my article.
