When we make the same mistake again, the consequences may get worse next time. We could end up in jail or die from the situation.

The problem with forgetting is that the same situation can creep up on you if you don,t keep a look out when it might start again.

I have to agree to a certain extent with the author .... sometimes a
person does something even she can't stomach and they push it down inside until it's barely discernible - but then there is no accountability either, so what is to keep them from doing the same thing again? Thought provoking post...
