Maybe to most people,air conditioning sounds like a luxury or indulgence
but I also remember how hard it was as a kid to concentrate when heat and humidity became intolerable. And some health conditions can certainly be aggravated by the climate. I agree, air conditioning before potholes! We can always drive slower!
