..yes, the key is to go into the fear, the emotion, the feeling, find out its lesson for you, move through it...too many never embrace their darkness because of fear and thus never learn the secrets that it holds for you...then other get stuck in the darkness, the fear, the pain, the negative emotions, forget to move through to the light, love waiting on the other side...it's not an intellectual exercise...you have to DO it...moon

Ah, I hope the friend has listened. One of the hardest things to do is to let go of real emotions...well...not for some...there are those who let go TOO much, but I always feel it is worrisome when none is really shown. This poem was beautifully written!!
