Hitler and his NAZI henchmen believed that Europe had an "over-population" problem. They felt that there were too many Jews in that part of the world.

but in some cases where birth control should be
we have overpopulation in lower income cultures, straining the populaiotn even more
and, in some out of the way cultures, we have drug use, drug dealing, gang activity and murder of grown human beings
so what's the answer here?
