A classic--Ideals of personal strength and integrity to aim for!
Thanks for sharing it here!
One of my most favorite poems is Auden's "September 1939"--I think that's the title. It was written at the gathering of the storm of the second World War, but speaks to all wars, and to the human heart in all ages. I posted it a while back in my Universe blog, but if you want to see it, it's probably quicker to google it.
