This conspiracy theory ignores the clear link between SIV and HIV AND the fact that the virus has been identified in people as far back as 1959.

What you said in your comment is on the money. However, the situation that you described stems from the adverse effects of the psychologically-conditioned self-hatred that exists among many, if not most, black people.
Many of them are out there doing such things as destroying themselves with narcotic substances and committing "black-on-black" violent crimes because they hate themselves and other blacks for being black.
And that is one of the primary reasons why vast numbers of them are being exterminated right under every one's noses. Their society is in such disarray, the members cannot even see that they are being systematically wiped out.

When it became well known that Jeremiah Wright shares this viewpoint, an endless parade of both
liberals and
conservatives marched forth to brand him an anti-American nutcase. If a conspiracy of this magnitude is afoot, it would be far bigger than any political party. Now if you want to really discuss conspiracies and black genocide, look no further than the crack cocaine and automatic weapons flooding every inner city neighborhood, drowning its residents in despair and blood.
