Isn't that the truth? Sometimes I act like such a martyr, and for what? God's not going to love me more because I choose to carry the buren longer. And it certainly doesn't make me feel better-just the opposite. Sheesh! Sometimes I'm a slow learner. Hope this poem helps someone. Thanks for reading it and for commenting.

CHW, I guess it's hard for us to wrap our minds around the fact an
all-knowing God chooses to cast our sins, once we've repented, into the "sea of forgetfulness"...but praise Him, He does! All we need to do is let go of all the "baggage" we want to drag around..
..
