Pat

I'm following you and OTA, and heading for the farmers market. Actually, to the very large flea market, which includes the farmers and their marketables. We'd planned on getting an aloe-vera plant, and nothing more.

But having read this, I'm really hankering for some of those marvelous Hutterite sweet peas!

Pat, You inspired me this morning. I read this post, then went straight to the farmers market. I have a pot of beans on the stove now fresh from the garden. Yumm. Thank you!~Peace, OTA

But whatever I do, I drink at least 60 oz of water a day, at work 80 oz.

I'm terrible, I swing between periods of eating crapola or eating very
little at all.

I must admit this week has been particularly bad with cookies for breakfast.  But when I am good, I always start with porridge/oatmeal.

Adopting a daily schedule for meals and healthy snacks helps tremendously. Once your body becomes accustomed, you'll find you rarely experience those diet-destroying bouts of hunger that result in over-eating. Also there's a plethora of sugar-free sweets and goodies on the market. Despite the ridiculousness of "sugar-free sweets," some of them aren't bad at all.

You make me wish I'd left a couple of hours ago to go down to our City Farmer's Market.  Its open all day, but its most fun when you go early.
