Its interesting, Sam, how often God starts his marching orders with the word "Arise". I think perhaps that today's children would listen better to their parents if something like that preceded instructions rather than yelling, cursing, etc. A simple, "stand up and look at me" would capture attention more than all the screaming which they tune out so easily.
