sam, I love how the Lord lifted David (and us) out of his depression..

so many Psalms start out on a bleak cry for help, but by the time David was finished pouring out his heart, the Lord had him at peace again....

"my Rock..Strength...Shield...Refuge...Shepherd" - what a lift it is just reading these!

shout to the Lord,
call upon his name and he will hear you, i love just knowing that God really hears our hurt and He is willing to save us...great write as always....mike
