Does sound as though the school was trying for cease and desist
And once that happened, there was nothing to gain for the school in pursuing the matter. Maybe even some bad p.r. would have resulted. It's a shame kids/students have so few outlets for their frustrations and anger about dysfunctional schools and bad teachers. I guess some things have improved, but bullying, failing grades and uncaring staff are still huge issues from what I hear and see locally.
