...life is the eternal play of opposites...light/dark, good/bad, pain/pleasure...an ocean is never perfectly calm...always there are waves...ups, downs...the fool identifies with the transitory and gets tossed about...the wise woman takes it all in stride...the highs, the lows...this is how it always has been, this is how it always will be...blessings, moon
