I didnt think of oilworms, so here comes a stab at it. I think the oilworms are the ones that want the riches. As the car industry is structuring itself for battery operated cars, and other means of transportation are at stake, the oil worms will soon be on top of a useless pile of oil as the need for oil and gas decrease.

Are oilworms those who need oil for energy, or those that need it to stay rich ... Are parasites those who need oil for energy, or those that need oil to stay rich ... the Americans or the Arabs 
We need AA anonymous! In other words, America needs alternate sources of energy. We canceled nuclear power as the next source of energy, and abolished the Atomic Energy Commission. Now scientists need to accelerate energy alternatives from water and wind to fusion natural gas notwithstanding, love.
