Ariala, there's probably a corelation (not just with you but with a lot of
us)...I read a lot of people but leave few comments UNLESS I can say something intelligent that compliments the work I've just read...people can do likewise with me and thats ok..
...
Another point is, what do you do with a comment (when I say "you", I dont mean just you), acknowledge it or just leave it be??..
..
I haven't used "Calling cards" yet, but may start to soon, if I can figure out how to make one..

Oh Ariala, Angel, sometimes I am so busy --- and moreso lately (as I posted my Sabbatical post for this reason) ~ I am trying trying to come in a read all --- all of my faves, all of the wonderful artists here --- but sometimes I just don't get 'round but, you are right, sometimes I click on yours (and some others) and begin to comment and either I have to rush off again or I want to think before I post something ~ as you know I sorta really talk a bit in my comments

~ but, know this...I will read. I send you Love ~ Elyse

(there are times I don't get comments and I think maybe everyone is busy with their own --- I pray it's not 'cause they don't like me.

-------)but you know, I've been writing for years - and so I know of 'rejection' ~

Whew! Ariala, I'm so glad you said this.
I thought maybe Blogit was broken & the comments gateway was stuck... Or maybe since the Midwest is flooded or the weather's been nice in places people just haven't been at the keyboards.

You are interesting enough to write about...LOL
I always read you, You always inspire me with your interest and wit. I tried to be funny with a brain teasing blog and I personally didn't want comments after you misunderstood. But I think everyone needs the positive comments. And I welcome correction, but people can keep negative comments to themselves unless they want debate, And....then I pray I knew what I was saying. Have a good day!

There certainly is a correlation ariala, but would you please kindly look at your popularity rank? No reason to complain and..better no comment than a nasty one. Greetings from hot, hot Turkey from your faithful bloger friend!!

That's one of the reasons I think the calling cards are such a good idea!
Sometimes you read something and would like to leave something if not a whole comment just to show the writer you stopped by

You can check the number of views. Last year I didn't. Now I encourage a forum on topics.

It seems to follow a cycle or just the moods in the air....
I haven't got many lately either. Maybe I should try to be more provocative?

I still read quite a few entries, but seems to have nothing to add to the others' comments.Tschüs.
