Re: As I prepare ...
Interesting.  I at times feel connected to my Native American heritage & feel peaceful with even small amounts of nature, such as seeing one strong tree, but feel it surround me in settings that are more lush with greenery & life.  I also feel drawn to water.  I notice there are typically 3 different speices of tree or bush per average street at the least.  I feel great tugs of sadness when I see a persons trash blowing in the wind or in the street, as I picture how beautiful the place must have been before buildings, telephone poles & signs.  I usually have trouble explaining how I see & feel these things.  It seems you may be able to understand to some degree what I say & feel.  That's a strange idea.

As I prepare ...
busily to commute to New York, love.  I join the morning rush. On my day off I read and unwind there for inspiration. I'll finish Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone. I'm finishing the second draft of my fantasy/comedy/adventure screenplay. I see the sights, the flowers, and even the squirrels. I hear the crows. They might have followed me. In a similar way to Native Americans I can tell the friendly familiarity with me of the leader's crow. In any event my senses still sleep even if the City doesn't.
