The World is getting smaller
I used to hate Instant Messengers, in the same way I used to hate text messaging on my mobile phone. Now I can't communicate without either. Well, I can - obviously - but you know what I mean. Text messaging is great for flirting; so is IM!
I've got three: MSN, an internal corporate one that we use in the office, and a secure one from Ipswitch that I use on my laptop for demonstration purposes. That, and making sure a few discreet people in the office can chat with me, without being monitored.
