Someone I worked with had struck a wrong chord with me one day & I thought how rude. That made me start thinking more deeply about how people effect each other everyday. That's how this poem came about. I was pondering things as I wrote.

Reality bites is what this poem reminds me of. I often think and hope that I taught all my children (4) of the 'reality' of much...yet, I think Life happens to us all as it happens ~ we each have so many experiences to live through, to grow through and on and on. This is a good poem. Makes me ponder. Keep writing!~ and welcome

Do you happen to be in the military by any chance? People were always getting their laundry & laundry bags stolen in community laundry rooms in military living spaces when I was in the Navy & lived on an Army base.
Don't worry one day you'll meet someone who is right for you. And if you miss one chance with one person you will find another oppertunity with someone else a little later. Have a wonderful day!
