I agree, I made a difference...but at the expensive of creating divisiveness in the clinic. So now I'm working on massage theray for people-I can make a difference there, too, but as a sole proprietor, so I'm not stepping on anyone's toes. Maybe someday I'll go back to vet med, when society has been trained to expect less compassion, and it's not me that has to retrain them....

This is very touching..I give you huge Kudos for doing this..And agree with your black belt friend..(I am guessing you do kick boxing?) You are a hero to that puppy and that family..However small you made a difference for good in someone's life..that should count for something..

I've been sending these to my mom, too. She said this one made her cry. It surprises me that "Randomness" is my most popular blog....I honestly expected the sex-an-violence writing to be what captured peoples' attention....Guess I underestimated the blogging community! LOL!
