What does your cell phone tower look like, KaBooM? Here in the USA they try to disguise them a bit by trying to make them look like trees, or flag poles.....
...and they even get a lot more creative than that.
Here is one made to look like a cactus in AZ

Yikes!
There is an electical tower accross the road from here which they wanted to put on our building, right above our apartment. Hubby and I put up a fuss and rallied against it, because it was going to make smaller our already small parking space. But mostly it was because of the hazard to our health. We copied page after page of information off the net of the health hazzard of living underneath such a contaption, and submitted it to the meeting. The cell phone company was I'm sure going to pay the co-orperation, a concrete company that built this building, a fine sum for having the tower towering over us! Luckily they didn't go through with it, but it is accross the road from us, this tower...

Pesche's explanation makes sense. The effect of
one standing wave may not be enough to pop a kernel, but it
might be enough (nobody is totally sure) to 'pop' a brain cell...
