I love the 'metaphor' of thread, tapestry, life being sewn together. I'm not at all sure that it is metaphor. I think it may be literally true. I'm not so certain that your work is poetry. It may be sacred scripture. Moon

Troosha

Beautifully done!   It takes so many threads to make a life.

Thanks for your comments on my blogs as well... I always look forward to your feedback.

Such an interesting metaphor...
I love the way you've put this together.

I was so involved with the imagery. Such an astonishing poem. I am mesmerized.

My picture did not come up at my blog, I am sad.    sam

What an intricate poem you weave...
...when you set out to describe the control you have over the delicate connections of the strong strands of your life. Well done!

Troosha ~ Oh and french knots are so beautiful to me... I love this whole concept of thread and knots and creating, blending a tapestry ~ shaping of whom we are --- you have created another masterpiece!~ Elyse

Lovely words
and nice to be reminded that great tapestries from small stitches originate.

How wonderful to know that we have such control over our own lives...that we have the ability to make the stitches perfect, and fix those that we incorrectly did - just like life.  Fabulous.
