For the record ... my comment wasn't about ANYONE here
on blogit now ... that I know of anyway ... I've been here under the same name, off and on, for three years -- I've seen many come and go. We were looking at Ariala's pictures last night and well over half those blogers have left for one reason or the other -- totally their business -- but if you get close to someone, not only here, but in emails, etc., and come back under a totally different account and act as though you don't even know that person, that's bad. For the most part we are all just bloging for the experience and to read ... some relationships though, are not so disposable, at least to one of the parties. I'm not talking about me, just saying!

Purple, I've had my share of goodbye posts, so don't feel bad...sometimes
we seriously feel the need to take a break or even exit for a while, but I'm so glad you came back...You've made lots of friends here and we love you and Shay!

Hello, Ariala and your post certainly does pertain to me.
I have already determined that I do not belong on Blogit anymore. As a writer, I do not have what it takes to be a "good addition" to the current crop of writers on the network. So, in the near future, I'll probably ride off into the sunset (once again).

I just plod along – sometimes oblivious to the cliques that are shaping up, sometimes intrigued by the “who’s who” or the "who's done what", but more often than not I just write my poems, post them, and hope they’ll be read.

You still have the ability to incite absent confronting. I read you often and find that an excellent strength in your writing. I am here to express a glaring disdain for pretense and pretext! It is ok to express an opinion but we must accept that "real" fact is nonissuable!

i've had my share sweetheart...but i was on the state of "thought i wont come back anymore" which explains my heartfelt exit posts. It must be a shame to see me back after those 'goodbyes'
on other aspects, i too felt that loosing touch with the 'sense of belonging' feel...specially when i came back. I have this feeling to myself which is "do i still belong here' or are they the same people as i left them? honestly some of them turns out not anymore...but they are what they are i cant force them to be what i want them to be to me or what i thought they were to me...but the brighter side of this is; i 've proven who are who dear...there's always a reason for everything...this is a wonderful site, i believe it let us be, what we want to be in some ways...thank you dear...

If I wasn't in a confined state.....
(no I'm not under home incarceration) I'd probably be here a lot less than I am.....it's summer and the world is too beautiful to be IV'd to a computer.......I do miss several of the people who were fixtures around here....hey Ariala, you're a fixture! LOL!

This won't be a popular comment .. but, well, that never
really stopped me before, lol. I am put off by blogers who make a dramatic exit, sometimes for days, and then come back only a week or month or so later -- either as the same bloger (in name), or under a totally different persona. Thing is, it's not all that hard to figure out or recognize them when they come back and that just bugs me. I'm not talking about just changing your nickname under the same account .. I mean a total change and then pertending as if you don't know the same people you have bloged with, and who have become close to you. That's all I have to say about that ...
