thanks whacky,
you know, unfortunately, this really wasn't a case of nursing home abuse. that is one of the reasons it has taken so long I guess to prove this. The nursing home has documented checks on her just minutes before she became comatose, unfortunately, they don't seem to remember who, if anyone might have visited her within the few hours before she went to bed. A thorough testing was done on the nursing home, no carbon monoxide levels were out of propotion. DNA testing will come after the exhumation. This is a toughy, legal aide, hmmm, have contacted legal something or other for the state, even went so far as to go to major book store and the legal section, hoping to run into law students, lol. desperation is what you call this. But, even if it does take years, I will prove this and get it solved. I think these past months, was so I could step back and look at this entire scenario with as little emotion as possible, and that has been rather tough also. But authorities want no emotion, they want only facts. And that is where the problem arose, I was so closely related to the problem, I couldn't keep the emotions in check. Thanks for stopping by, Thanks to all who stopped by.

A DNA test should be 1st on the list. Also an attourney that specializes
in nursing home abuse type cases might consult for free...if not look into the local legal aid program.
A rose and a smile from me! =^. .^= Bo too!
