Currently, the children virus has no vaccination
If you want to have one excised you'll need some kind of weapon's grade laser or something. They are immune to penicillin and other antibiotics and will mutate into young adults if you don't treat them immediately. The current treatment regimen, while not 100% effective, is quite satisfying at times....duct tape. It is the icon for the magic of the 21st century.
