I usually tie a big plastic bag over my cast/ bandage

Great Ideas
I also like removing onion smells from my hands by rubbing them on a metal facet as I wash my hands of course! I'm not sure who needs the cast protection but I have recycled the long plastic bags newspapers get thrown in and cut the unopened end and secured with bands on each end of the cast. Great post!Solitar

If you have to shower with a cast, and find one of those cool blow up thingys to go over it, use Gald Press-n-Seal....Miracle s***. You can even submerge it!
