Mom taught us to go get lost and find our way back.
Or at least I think she wanted us to find our way back...

"the intuition or "psychic" awareness can be flawed when I'm under stress or too emotionally connected or involved in a situation" (I concur with every word).

It is helpful to learn to step outside the personal, emotionally charged situation to gain a different perspective, although difficult.

Decisions based upon logic are often futile. The mind is a fickle changeling controlled by emotions and feelings. The heart, when open and connected to God contains core understanding, the place of trust and faith were spirit resides.

The mind can resign to change the heart yet will rerun and reenact the scenarios as seen through the eyes of the heart. The heart remains steadfast and slow to resign. Resignation of the heart is simply acceptance by trust and faith allowing God to move in his time to our greater benefit and understanding.

I appreciate your acknowledgement of intuition (the word psychic has been dark and taboo since time); as spring green is the new black, 50 is the new 30 and 70 the new 50; prophesy will be acceptable as the new psyche.

auslander, perhaps intution is its own logic, except with logic you have
proof...and often with intuition, you don't...at least not right away. Thanks for stopping by!

I have two voices, the outer one and the inner one. The outer one is often a devil may care attitude, whereas the inner one tells me what better not to do or else to do. With hindsight I can say, that had I really listened to the inner voice I would have avoided a lot of trouble. On a more preactical scale: trust me to chose (every time) the queue in the supermarket which takes longest, even if there is onlo one person ahead of me, unfailingly there is something wrong with thier credit card, one item doesn`t have a price tag and some such! Oh well!! Can I go shopping with you next time?

I think intuition is a form of logic on its own.
We just don't realise all that is going on inside our brain, all the little details that we pick up throughout the day without realising it and then putting them all together as by Intuition. I think that some people have a better "listening" ability to these little facts than others. They are more observant without knowing it. Any how, that's what I think. Tschüs.
