ROFL...are you kidding me? I haven't heard about this.

I swear, we have some dumb laws in this state.  I can understand the fine, but jail time?  Come on!  I live in a condo and I pay my monthly fees, so it's up to the owners to get the job done.  I saw the guys out this morning mowing...so we are safe for now.  LOL
