The leaves, the leaves, they are wonderful.  We call the green part cilantro.  I have a bunch from the store in my kitchen now and Son #3 is growing some of it in his garden just for me.  Yesterday I made pico de gallo (absolutely delicious) and today I used a large amount of it in green brown rice.  Of course, the corriander seeds are great too.   I couldn't do without my Montreal Steak Seasoning which is loaded with it. (You don't have to have steak to use it.  It is good in soups or on salads, or on anything.)
