Got a chance to sleep in.
It stormed all night and half the day. Went to my sister's for a little while, and
did some blogging. Pretty boring, but I did notice that my flowers are coming
up very well especially my gladiolas. The highlight of my day!
I love flowers!

I desperately need inspiration for a poem...
...and not a Haiku either. I haven't posted on my one poetry blog for days.
I'm going down the peninsula to the state park and immerse myself in the trees and waterfront and watch the boats and watch the super-tankers make their way to Baltimore harbor.
Hopefully, then, I'll come-up with something.
Later in the day, my kids and I might go to the movies and see
Iron Man.
It shouldn't be crowded on Memorial Day.
Why don't you pass some of those left-overs this way?

Oh such fun!!!~ and I'm glad they shared the poet's corner with you, awww. The weather is very hot here ~ and I'm waiting for this next months bill
- (can you say learn to sweat?) LOL --- I have no plans 'cept to go see 2 elderly people to be certain they're 'cool' and fed and all ~ Then back home to safety while the town here is busy with little festivals here and there.
~ yum for the pie ~ YUM ~ I am partial to lemon meringue this time of year - --- You two have a wonderful day and get pics ~
