- Go to FOUR POEMS FROM A TRIP TO WASHINGTON, D.C., SEPTEMBER 1994
Wow, that was one productive trip :-) I loved all your poems, the two Haikus were great observations, in the first poem you captured the hectic travel mood, and the second poem, my favorite was poignant and revealing. I loved the contrasts between the powerful and the powerless. The image of the homeless carrying his bedroll was great and effective. All in all four gems my friend. Great job!
