Re: Chris, I have always believed that writing is a powerful healer
Hello mariaki-Many thanks indeed and you are so right! Writing IS-an extremely powerful Healer-tho' I have to say-that over the years-I never 'shared' any of my writing with anyone-so all my writings-together with my emotions-were only SHELVED! Once I found the professional support that suited me-everything 'came together'! Thank you again.God Bless.Chris.

Re: Hi Sinome--very many thanks indeed for visiting this blog also! Yes-
I do believe it is very important to 'show' others that they don't have to shy away from doing what feels right for them and of course-as you rightly say-giving others 'permission'-to do this kind of thing! Ultimately-confronting and dealing with past issues that are almost 'blocking their way forward'! Thank you again.God Bless.Chris.

Wow Chris, I had not visited this blog of yours. I am amazed at how wonderful the posts are. You are doing a great thing here, both artistically because the poem is beautiful and emotionally because you are not only helping yourself by digging deep into your pentup emotions but you are giving permission to others to do the same. You can be sure I am going to be a regular from now on. Great work! Bravo!!!

I, myself, find that writing poetry is very soothing. I can just release whatever it is that I am feeling and put them into writing. I am a shy person in real life...but writing helps to ease the pain of many things that have crossed my path. I am happy to tell you that you have beautiful writing and look forward to reading more.

Wow, Chris...
...this post moved me so much. I can relate to the cathartic release that writing provides those who bare their soul in words.
I can tell that writing has been therapeutic for you as well as for me.
You are a noble soul, Chris.

Re: Scramble
Yes Troosha-it certainly is! I originally began this post of my little book in order that just one something-may be helpful to someone! I had not realised that it would be so good for me to see-just how far I have come! In addition-I gain something extra special-from the valuable comments made by yourself and other readers! My self dicovery continues-all the time! Very many thanks indeed to all of you who are 'following' me! God Bless.Chris.

You turned your personal journey into poetry with such power, grace, and a prevailing sentiment of forgiveness. It must be interesting to revisit these moments of self discovery.
