I thought of pictured rocks in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. God is everywhere we look. A great poem! sam

I was taken back to the Australian outback at dawn. All it needs is a
Kangaroo and a cockatoo and a dusty dirty packed floor.

I like it.
Perhaps, God is a female. I believe God does have a feminine side. Thanks for
sharing.

I agree, Sinome...
...God doesn't have to be a
male deity. In fact, God doesn't have to be, nor is, I think, a specific gender at all. If God were a specific gender, who is he/she mating with in order to create? Not that this has anything to do with the thrust of your poem....which was lovely, by the way. But, I digress. Okay, I'm shutting up now.

Ok, so I'm not done yet. Yes, I was surprised with G-D which awakened me to the foregoing of the piece, which kind of changed the meaning around without changing its properties. Opened me to something, but it wasn't a flood of images. That simple change was, for me, both startling and subtle which started to inform me about the rhythm and intention of the piece and how delicately it was woven. (That little turn was such a great surprise for me),

I sense it.

Beautiful imagery that uses color and senses through the eyes of a modern woman, love.

Wonderful cast into archetypal identity..G-D, and artist as dreamer. Loved the touch, and almost felt a finger pointing inside me, ever so gently.
