Who Knows How Far This Challenge Could Go!
Sam, many thanks.

A 1938 Schwinn -- where did you find it? And what kind of condition was it in?

How do you restore an older bike like that?

Thanks for the thinking ~ and the blessings!
Back at you, Soulspeaker, with peace, blessings, and understanding. I'm interested to learn what comes out from under your thinking cap (grin)!

Totally off-topic, does anyone know where the idea of thinking cap came from? And is a thinking cap the opposite of a dunce cap? Just being a little silly...but I am kinda curious about that.

Re: Ideas on Kindness
Justi, I hope that you and the other folk who wrote such positive comments, will share your ideas as comments to my blog, so I can pull together some kind of an article about them.

You see, I really do believe that people are far more creative and gifted than we believe ourselves to be. Too often we live in fear about too many things, and that limits our freedom to let our giftedness flourish.

A little later I'm going to post what for me is one of the most inspiring stories I have ever seen -- that of the girl who started the Ladybug Foundation, and found her course in life all because of seeing a homeless person when she was five.

No wonder Jesus loved the kids, and didn't want anybody to get between them and him!

Wonderful challenge, I will begin to think on that one.

I was so touched that my story made a difference. I love your challenge. I would be so happy if people take up your challenge. I have a bicycle if you ever change your mind. It should be a classic though. I am restoring a 1938 Schwinn for myself and a pink Schwinn for my daughter. We shall stay in touch, one never knows. Much love to you! sam
